*The Rule of Thirds*

This is a good example of the rule of thirds, because the man is on the bottom half of the imaginary lines placing the center of interest for good composition.

*Framing*

This image shows the technique of framing very well. Framing usually means to frame the center of interest with objects in the foreground. This can give a picture the feeling of depth it needs to make it more than just another snapshot, it gives it a more visual interest.

Balance!!!

This image is a classic example of symmetrical balance. It shows it by placing lines, shapes, & even the shadow makes it a well balanced photo, for better picture composition.

After Printing!!!

Cleaned Negatives with photo flow solution, and dried them with a photo wipe. Then we loaded the Negative into enlarger and Focused image with the grain focuser, and set aperture to where we bearly see the image, but first we did this about three times with different timings, for the test strip to be made to find how much time & light the image needs so it won't be to dark or to light. Then, once we choose the timing for the image we made the final print with the 3x7 emulsion paper, and ran it throught the chemicals: developer, stop bath, fixer, and ran it through water for 5 min. and finally just let it dry in one of the racks.

Negatives!!!

1.The only thing that i think is wrong with my negatives would be that, they have a little bit of those water droplets on them, but i think they can be removed or cleaned off.
2.I really like negative #11 because it shows a real moment & emotion at the same time as the frame is being filled. Though i dont really like negative #23 because the frame is not completely filled, but it does show some emotion which makes it an ok image.

Filling the Frame!!

This image shows the frame being filled , by having the focus on the beaker, and the student in the background, and if he had chosen another angle the frame would not have been completley filled.
