2. Shutter Speed- how long gate is open to capture action; (high shutter speed-freezes action)(slow shutter spped-if not enough light to capture exposure)

Panning-To look through the lens for a dot & follow subject, in the exact same part of the frame(if low shutter speed)Favorite Photo: #2 This image has good composition of framing towards the buildings in the background, the lighting is well done, it shows the rule of thirds, fills the frame, and also the sky makes it have a simplicity feeling to it.
I think this photo is an informal/environmental self portrait because he's not looking at the picture. Also, the effect fits well with the lighting, the hard lighting gives him good shadows on his abs which makes it a good image.
